    As with every snowstorm, every year, its 5pm and we haven't seen a single plow, and now there's an inch of ice on top of it all. Please clear the street. It is a safety hazard to not be able to leave our homes.

    Snow plows have not come down Putnam street once today. In addition, tag & tow was yet again not enforced, so it is likely that plows will have a hard time making it through. this happens EVERY SINGLE storm EVERY YEAR. Its really appalling. I have the privilege of a job that lets me work from home, but my neighbors cant get to work. I now plan for like 4 days of being snowed in, even though I'm less than a mile from downtown, where I can assure you the streets are dry. Next time I'm going to camp out in East Rock and see how long it takes for a plow to pass. You know, just in case some neighborhoods get a different level of service than others - based on who lives there.

    PLEASE enforce parking ban on Putnam st. There are 4 cars between Howard and 181 Putnam on the odd side of the street. These cars do not belong to residents. Residents are following the parking ban and are all on the even side. When the ban is not enforced, the entire street and Dewitt street do not get plowed. last time it snowed the street was NEVER cleared!

    Still no plows on Putnam street. As usual, parking ban was never enforced. all street parking spaces are covered in 4 ft. mounds of snow. no parking available for my tenant. the streets are hazardous. i am currently listening to a car spinning out just trying to pull out of their driveway. it is really appalling how little attention the Hill gets in these situations. so pathetically clear who the city administration thinks is important. we all pay taxes and get absolutely zero services compared to wealthy, white people live. shame on Mayor Harp.

    There is some type of alarm that has been ringing all night long. It is 7 am and it has been incessant for at least 4 hours, making it impossible to sleep. It appears to be coming from either 530 or 534 Howard Ave. Please HELP!!!
