I counted 3 individual bike riders on dirt foot trails in the Cal Expo area about 2 pm today. I rode up to Sacramento Bar and counted a total of 11 off pavement bike riders all on dirt foot trails and often near signs prohibiting off trail riding. This seemed an average number in my experience I just bothered to document them.

Looking from the Sutter's Landing Park levee yesterday afternoon about 1 pm I counted 10-12 active illegal campsites on the north shore of the river in the Woodlake section. I saw a number of large off-leash dogs roaming the camp areas, off trail bike riding and vegetation damage/dumping. The camps are visible from the south side levee and are spread in small clusters between the RR trestle and downstream area parallel to Sutters Landing Park. These are well established active camp sites.
