Sidewalk at SW corner of South Capitol St SW and Potomac Ave SW, at the beginning of the bridge, is covered in dirt and dust from the nearby construction. The dirt presents a hazard to pedestrians, runners, and cyclists trying to cross the bridge, as it is extremely slippery.
