Just saw 5 rats run into their den under the big tree in the parking lot next to Arai Park.

there are several large potholes on Leland between Clarendon and the cul-de-sac. Many are painted with hot pink dicks.

The trash in Arai Park is overflowing, and has been for over a week.

It looks like there has been recent additional crumbling of the Lawrence/LSD overpass. While this bridge is already a structural nightmare, this poses additional safety concerns.

Uplift school installed a fence that prohibits people from walking across the grassy area connecting one side of Leland Ave to the other. Then they failed to plow any snow from the sidewalk on their property that goes around the fenced in area. This is the only means for residents on the west side to get to and from the buses, Walgreen's, hospital, Lincoln Park, etc., and those on the east side to get to the El and rest of Uptown. This area is impossible to walk on, with snow up to three feet above ground level, while the grassy area is flat abs easy to traverse I'd there were no fence. Please fine Uplift for improper maintenance and/or require they provide access to the grassy area.
