Dangerous curve Archived1699 Southwest 196th Avenue Pembroke Pines, Florida - Pembroke PinesThe curve going from 196th Ave. southbound to Pembroke Rd. east and Vice versa, is an "extremely dangerous" curve and somebody is going to either get hurt very bad or killed due to the lack of proper signage showing just how bad this curve is. The road is built and finished, there's nothing that can be done about that but we can make it safer by adding more signage, the proper signage for such a curve.

The entrance walls require repainting, the aluminum around the doors for the entrance to the inside to the park are falling apart, the bathrooms need a complete overhaul, it's actually scary using them, the room divider won't lock, there are numerous lights out in the parking lot, the parking lot is in deplorable condition, it has cracks all over the place, and there are numerous areas that have been lifted up by tree roots. Finally, the landscaping looks horrible, there are plants missing at the entrance and by the pool area, the grass looks terrible, and there is trash in the plants at the entrance.
