    The south side of W. Leland between Sheridan and Kenmore is experiencing severe flooding due to what I suspect is a blocked sewer drain. It will start freezing tonight and will become dangerous. Additionally there are cars parked there and their tires will be frozen to the ground.

    Please send someone out to clear the debris and get the water draining normally.
