    Property at 623 W Lancaster has been vacant over a decade and owners make no effort to make repairs to rotting siding or lawn.

    Grass has not been cut this year and is now over 18 inches tall. Wildlife and vermin have begun to take over this property and it's an ongoing nuisance to neighbors.

    City needs to address this because owner will not.
