The lightbulb in the museum place mall elevator is flickering and not working right. A previous SeeClickFix request was put in for this and the issue archived, saying that the bulb was replaced. Needs another look.

This bike rack is installed on a meter that is so close to a planter that it can’t actually be used to lock up a bike. Could this be moved to another meter nearby where it would be usable?

This sidewalk at the MBTA access road was severely undermined during the water main break. The HMA path was affected as well. Aware that MBTA owns the sidewalk but wanted to flag here so someone could follow up with them.

This parallel storm grate is unsafe for bikes and scooters no matter which direction it is installed in, needs to be replaced with a modern one.

The new accessible beach has a barrier to access (this chain) between it and the handicap parking. Can the city rethink this?

Cars and tow trucks consistently parked along the north st dog leg during the day, despite almost this entire street being no parking. Many parked on the sidewalk too.

Sand and debris in northbound shoulder and bike lane on Lafayette from Marblehead line to bike path crossing, in need of sweeping.

One of the penny farthing gates on the bike path has been damaged. These are unique works of art, hope it can be fixed.

A parallel grate storm grate was just replaced and oriented to the direction of travel, an imminent hazard for bicyclists. Address here may not be showing up correctly, this is in the northbound shoulder of the north st bridge.

Massdot bridge program has put signs in the bike lane on the Salem station access road. Requesting that city work with the T and MassDOT to find an alternative location.
