    Construction debris from work on Delaware Ave last Summer was left at the corner of Magnolia Terrace & Delaware Ave in the street next to drain. The neighbors have been slowly getting rid of it and chipping away at this last heavy piece of concrete. But it's still too much and needs to be removed. (Street also has not been cleaned in a long time.) Thank you.

    Is the water turned off in this very vacant building? I have called before. Water seems to still be leaking & freezing from the North side of the building and running across the sidewalk. Thank you.

    Can someone check the walk signal at Hackett & St. James intersection? I don't think it's long enough. We could not figure out why we were almost getting run over by rush hour traffic every morning crossing from Hackett to St. James. Now we realize that the cars itching to race somewhere only see the walk signal for a couple of seconds after we push the beg button. I guess that's why they are honking, gesturing and threatening to run us over. They are rude, but also don't realize that we have the right of way because they see an orange "don't walk" signal. There is no way to get across in the brief time the white "walk" signal is up.

    Hi, We need 1 more run to pick up yard waste bags on Summit and Barclay. They've been at the curb for more than a month and snow covering them won't be helpful. (Actually I see them all around the City.) The leaves hang on later in the season. I am looking at a tree with leaves on it. If it's too late to compost, can the traditional garbage truck just take them? Thank you.

    Thursday, 11/9, during the day some jerk dumped 8 used tires in front of my house. He has escalated from the 4 he has been dumping. Our trash does not get picked up until Tuesday morning.

    Illegal dumping. Huge pile of construction debris and concrete that seems to grow at 112 or 110 Orange St. Not sure which address since they are vacant lots.

    Wood chips from large trees taken down on empty lot at 215 Orange Street has been piled up against a vacant home at 213 Orange creating a fire hazard, which is of great concern to neighbors. At least the mulch needs to be spread. Not sure if this is a DGS clean up issue or a Code enforcement issue?

    Once again TacoBell/KFC has not shoveled their walk. This is the case most Winters. It's a busy section of the Avenue for pedistrians thanks to the theater, pub, store there. But unfortunately treacherous walking, wheeling or trying to push a stroller.

    Whitehall Park clean up today. Trash is collected for pick up by DGS on Simpson. The white bags are NOT for City compost. They are filled with invasive and noxious plants. Important to pick up soon. Black bags are being ripped in to and garbage spread.

    This property is always a mess with garbage out in front, but this week it reached a new low. And, tomorrow, Saturday, September 10, there will be hundreds of people here for the Annual Community Block Party on Sheridan ave between Dove and Swan.

    All the windows are broken out of 7 Dove Street, between Orange and Sheridan. Always lots of garbage there, but more strewn around the sidewalk than usual.

    It's Wednesday. The day neighbors (except 1) move their cars to the North side of Federal street and a perfect day to get rid of the snow banks on the South side of the street so residents can find parking there. Only 1 SUV didn't move, which never seems to move or get tickets. The rest of the street is ready for snow bank removal. Thank you!
