806 Gallatin Street Southwest Huntsville, Alabama - HuntsvilleOn a weekly basis smokers are crossing Gallatin, in traffic, from the entrance to Huntsville Hospital thru traffic and not at a crosswalk. Most of them also have walking impairments. On one instance I even saw contractors of the Hospital crossing Gallatin in traffic not at a cross walk. This happens so often, I see weekly, that eventually there will be an incident if something is not done.
