This tow truck belongs to this yard unlicensed business auto repair yard. It's been parked here for months. It Always causing traffic on E 18th Street blocked road people driving by. This tow truck have not been move parked the opposite side to that yard street.

This husky dog belongs to the owner use this yard for unlicensed business auto repair. There are two dogs in this yard to guard the yard and only the husky dog can escape from the yard and run loose. I have always felt unsafe with this husky dog running loose, because it's unsafe environment for our neighborhood with young children walking to park and people going for a walk in our neighborhood. Today I witnessed horrible event. I heard my neighbor complained the dogs an issue chasing people on the scooter and attacking other dogs. Today I witnessed the husky attacked my neighbor small dog and my husband and I help rescued the small dog. I chased the husky away and he tried to get back in the yard, but he couldn't, so I direct people not to walk near the yard or the dog. We called police and they direct us to animal control. Unfortunately the small dog was injured and the owner have to bring the dog to ER animals hospital. What can our community do to get the unlicensed business auto repair shop out of our residential area? This yard are already reported to zoning department, Alameda county hazmat, and Oakland PSO. It's been one year this unlicensed business auto repair shop have been causing parking issues and streets are dirty, because they don't move their vehicles on our street. Therefore when comes to street cleaning day our streets doesn't get sweep due to their vehicles parked on our streets.

Need a replacement street sign. 40th Ave and East 18 street. There was accident happened on Sept 14, 2019 a truck hit the stop sign. The stop sign was replaced, but the Street sign never did.

8:45am 7/19/2019 this morning a tow truck drop off Honda Accord red/burgundy with junk yard wheels , front was smashed, and registration is expired June 2019 license plate 6cwz807.

Mattress was dumped on side walk East 18th street the early morning.

4 trash bags with city of Oakland public work volunteer marked. it was on the corner of East 18th and 40th Ave 8/8/2017. I didn't report last Tuesday, because I thought the trash will be pick up the following day. It been 3 days now and the trash still not pick up. This morning one bag wrap and trash everywhere. please get this pick up before all the bags wraps.

Mattress and dresser was dumped today

There is a hole on the side walk that need to be fix. We have covered with a board, so people can't get injury. This is only temporary cover and this board may be remove or taking away by other. For safety concern please get this fix ASAP before someone get hurt.

Green Honda civic 6GUK546 has been parked on the street maybe 4-5 days. I saw one Latino man always moving his vehicles every time after street clean. He make sure all his vehicles that parked on East 18th the car glove department are all open, so people won't break his windows. He have 5 other Honda Accord that he moves around when street cleaning. I tried to talk to him, but he won't response me or maybe he doesn't understand english. It doesn't matter he need to park all his vehicles on his property. I saw him going towards 39th ave. It's frustrating me, because my friends and families have to park a block away from my home, because he have 4-6 vehicles parked on east 18th street.

More trash everyday

Freezer, woods, trash. It was reported 3 weeks ago, but no action was taking.

The flatbed trailers have been parked on san leandro street over two weeks.
