Park - Landscape Maintenance AcknowledgedNewton Ave Oakland, CA, 94606, USA - Cleveland HeightsThis palm has been in the center of the plaza at Athol and Newton for decades, and has always looked healthy with lots of big green fronds. It seems to have recently lost most of its fronds and is now looking like it is dying. If it comes down it is a huge hazard. Just yesterday, a hug poplar in a backyard on Park Blvd came down, fortunately between two buildings, and the top landed right at our front door at 318 Athol. I am afraid this palm will be next. Please deal with it as soon as possible to avoid any more tree catastrophes in our neighborhood.

Pothole ArchivedLake Park Ave Oakland, California - Cleveland HeightsIn middle of street at overpass going over 580. It creates a ridge that causes a huge bump when you drive over it. I've seen busses slow down to a crawl to navigate over it. You can't go around it, as it's tight spot with oncoming traffic in the other lane of a two way overpass.
