Traffic light that was on blink during the holiday season around January 1 and was repaired is now working slowly(timer needs adjusting) as traffic is backing up into the parking lot sometimes 15 to 20 cars deep, and is enticing vehicles to just run the red light and create unsafe conditions. This has already been reported but I felt it needed to be reported again.

Traffic light at 1127 North Avenue has been on blink all weekend and has been reported and seemingly ignored. Very dangerous situation very busy location. Also street in dire need of repair has potholes have taken over, and seemingly ignored, again a very dangerous situation. Please correct the light issue now, paving will have to wait for a day without snow which we have had many until today

Birch Court and Cayuga Court, and Dorset lane closed by contractors for fogging operation.I was informed by a flagger on street that streets would be closed for 2 hours. No advance warning given to residents. I feel we have a lack of communication between DPW, the flagging company and the contract company. This was also reported directly to Caleb at DPW and he was going to contact project engineer

Pretty much on a daily basis overnight the orange cones meant to protect the bike lane are methodically knocked over in long stretches basically making it more unsafe for early morning bikers as they have to ride in the street. Time to call the cones a failure and pick them up, or catch the culprits and prosecute, but really PD has enough to do without chasing cone tippers.

On 7-8 2020 a contributor to see click fix flooded the website with terrible street conditions in the new north end. Why one might ask. Answer because all reports were true and prove incompetence at the top of the leadership of DPW. No COVID19 excuses on this one. While streets are deteriorating at a rapid rate with no response by DPW shows incompetence. But the director can make sure he uses his resources and man and woman power to install the ugly nonessential cones along the avenue bike lanes for his non hidden local motion agenda. Each morning I see at least 2 cones knocked down in my early morning transit and sometimes upward of 6. As bad of an idea that the armadillos were. Time for change at DPW to clean up the reports on see click fix because leadership is not doing it now.

It appears a load of COVID sticks fell off a delivery vehicle North and South of this location and the city decided to use them as Bike lane markers. Please remove them now. 18 wheelers traveling North and South making deliveries have nowhere to pull over to allow emergency vehicles to pass them. Removal needs to be done pronto before emergency vehicles loose a life due to delayed response because of this dastardly masterminded idea. Get to it.

At this location in the South bound lane of North Avenue in the marked lighted crosswalk lane is a big pot hole dangerous to pedestrians, Bikers, and vehicles. I nearly tripped in it yesterday legally crossing when a Mustang at high speed blew through the lights, tried to get plate number could not.

Recently the stop light switch at this location was converted to a warning signal for vehicles that someone was crossing the street. It has led to several close calls as the people using this crosswalk are some of our cities most venerable citizens due to health issues. This needs to be corrected and is another black eye on the management of our streets by the Mayor and DPW director.I comment on this not as a resident of the area but one who travels through the area and have noticed the issue. Let us just restore it to the old stop signal and get it over with and not delay the issue like the Mayor and DP director did with the horrible engineering disaster at the corner of Maple and St. Paul. There attention to that situation was delayed, arrogant and totally ignorant to the situation.

Poirier place seems to have been missed over the last couple days of stormish activity. Street is very ice covered and snow moguls exist in parking places making it unsafe for visitors and residents of Ethan Allen residence. Please prioritize this as soon as crews report in, Happy New Year to all the employees of DPW thank you for all you do.

Over the last couple months this business has replaced a commercial dumpster with a rubbermaid garbage can that is always overflowing and strewing garbage down the street. It appears this business has attempted to cut overhead at the expense of the environment and neighbors. Time to replace the rubbermaid with commercial dumpster that is to be be picked up after 7 AM each day respecting residents noise complaint issues

Massive pot hole. Not belonging to any one else than Burlington. No more hedging please from DPW that it may be on shopping center property as it is not. Mayor should be on top of it he should have seen it today on his visit to the bagel Fix it now. Call people in on OT it is bad.

At this location sits a portable sign unit which was used at one time to warn of pedestrian traffic. It was and is poorly located as it blocks the view of south bound drivers of pedestrians near the crosswalk. It was used to warn drivers of pedestrian traffic for about 2 weeks after the tragedy on North Ave. Since then just sitting in every body's way. Time to move it to a better location not blocking views and to use it, or remove it totally.

Homeless encampment located at Leddy Park bordering shopping center is getting to be it's own little village. Garbage surrounds the ground for all customers and employees of shopping center to see. The violations are numerous from littering, to trespassing, to public defecation at the sight. It needs to be removed ASAP. Sore sight for our parks, taxpayers and visitors.Issue has been reported several times and closed on see click fix. Police have been called with no response and the Mayor has been taken to task over this. It is in the hands of the Mayor to solve the issue. He calls the shots.

The homeless camp bordering the North Ave. shopping center in Leddy park is and has been unoccupied for some time now. Been reported several times and info I get from at least one city official is the Mayor has the final call on the removal of the abandoned property and he has ordered everyone under his command not to touch it. Time to remove the debris with no further delay.
