    Bean Road Colchester, Vermont - Colchester
    On the West side of Bean road a little south of Lakeshore there is an house that leaves bagged trash on the road shoulder near the travel paert of the road. Cars sometime have to make contact with the bags if a larger vehicle is going North in the area at the same time. today I see they have trash "hoppers " on the shoulder of the road sticking out into the traffic lane.traffic lane I think the carts should be in their own driveway and not in the right away.

    ON 11-5 I reported a large trailer parked on Shore Road by St. Mark's Church. looks like no one followed thru. was still there 4 days later.

    Shore Road & North Ave. Burlington, Vermont - Burlington Electric
    All day long there has been an unattached dual wheel trailer box of the type pulled by a tractor trailer cab. The cab is not there but the trailer is. It is sitting on the front dolly wheels. Is parked on Shore road near North Ave. The trailer is much wider than a car so it makes it hard not to go into the center of the road to pass it.

    For over a week an unattached trailer has been parked in the street with out being moved. It is wider than a car so it takes up more of the roadway which is narrower than most streets causing passing cars to take turns getting by it.

    Can't help but notice that almost 75 % of all issues deal with trash or like complaints.. Seems we spend a lot of time ,money and effort on the subject. Can't help wonder why we are just contacting the people involved to have them clean it up. Seems to me some tickets should be issued, They all know better. The City deserves better then this. Anyone else agree ?
