    I remember noticing a metal access cover (small, ~8" in size) in the pothole here which was filled perhaps 4 weeks ago. The patch covered it over.

    I *think* I remember it saying "GAS" on it.

    Anyway, I'm hoping that records exist so that someone can confirm whether something important was covered up here. The pothole was right in the Summer/Cedar intersection, just after the stop line when heading south on Cedar.

    some things can be relied upon, the church at this address failing in its civic duty is one of them. Feet through the day have done the job on College, but Morrison is a mess.
