    1 Shattuck Street Lowell, Massachusetts - Lowell
    There has been a light pole that has been removed I am assuming for repairs. This light pole was removed when they put the wreaths on the poles. It is extremely dark in that area which is from the end of The Wentworth Building (Tae Kwon Do) walkway and the Victorian Garden. Wondering when it is going to be replaced?

    Parking Space 167 on Shattuck at the Victorian Garden Light is out on that Light Pole along with the one on Middle Street at Life Alive. Also, the light pole across from Space 176 at Athenians Parking lot the Dome is missing from that Light Pole.

    Victorian Park around 6:15pm on 8/24/14 a mother and her 2 children went to the Victorian Park and mother told 1 of her sons to go to the bathroom (Human Feces) when we said something she told the son to pull up his pants and left. Last year we had a problem with human feces on the ramp to The Wentworth Building, it is bad enough that dogs go and some residents don't pick up after them.

    As of today, @9:00am the Bus Stop on Shattuck Street is only have done from the last storm. The area from the fire hydrant to the middle of the No Parking Tow Area has not been done. The snow removal from the curb to the snow bank on the sidewalk has not been cleared, with that being said with the next storm coming could we please remove the snow starting at the fire hydrant located on Shattuck Street in front of Subway all the way to the LRTA Bus stop needs to be removed. We have a couple of different types of city buses and the regular one has the ramp at the front of the bus while the trolley type has the ramp at the end of the bus, so when they need to pull in against the curb and let the ramps come down the trolley type is in the rear and is closer to the first No Parking Tow Area sign and the regular large bus has it at the front which lets it down near the LRTA sign this is why that whole area needs to be cleared. I don't know if it has been a new driver , because I spoke with the one that normally does the removal and I thought he new the whole area needs to be cleared. I hope this will happen this time around and don't have to keep sending messages.

    As of 5:30am this morning the snow removal at the Shattuck Street bus from the fire hydrant to the the middle has not been removed from the sidewalk yet, if the Trolley City Bus tries to stop and pickup a handicap person they will be unable as the ramp is in the back part of the bus.

    I want to remind Parks Dept. the snow needs to be removed from the bus stop on Shattuck Street starting from Fire Hydrant on Shattuck in front/side of Subway to the LRTA Bus Stop Sign which is about 2 1/2 parking spaces so bus can parallel park at that stop against the curb. Currently only half is done which is at the LRTA sign.

    With the snow storm that we just had want to remind the City Parks Dept. that they need to remove the snow on Shattuck Street starting at the fire hydrant at the beginning of Shattuck to the LRTA Bus stop so the bus will be able to parallel park against sidewalk to let the ramp down on the sidewalk. There are3 No Parking Signs with Tow Area.
