    369 Washington Street Woburn, Massachusetts - Woburn
    Since Red Robin has been in Woburn vehicles constantly take a left into and out of the property even though it is clearly posted that neither movement is allowed. I have reported this to the police directly with no results. I mention it now on this website because I was almost taken out by a vehicle taking a left out of the site this afternoon as I exited Dewey Avenue. The individual started screaming at me like I was in the wrong. The use was allowed under a special permit. I am hopeful that there will be enforcement and possibly a rework at this exit entrance to make this movement impossible before someone gets hurt or worse. This occurring with just one of the proposed 4 uses at the site so it will only worsen. A police officer could sit on Dewey daily and write many violation tickets.

    The Marietta Street sign has been knocked down at Olympia Avenue at some point between 7AM this morning and now. I have stood it back up but it is not as secure as it should be and needs to be repaired.

    Sports Authority has been out of the Woburn for significantly more than 30 days but the building, free standing and interior signs are all still in place in violation of city zoning codes

    There are trees being removed and other work being done to the rear of 39 Olympia Ave, NASDI property in the wetlands. I can provide other photos.

    Ryan Road Woburn, Massachusetts - Woburn
    Ryan Road is in the traffic code as a "No Parking" and there are no posted signs so there will be no enforcement and people don't know that they cannot park there.. There are 2 problems here. Since Jake & Joes has moved in the overflow is parking on Ryan Road. A problem with this that I observed first hand the other day is if you are crossing from Mishawum Road to Ryan Road in the right hand lane the cars are parked there and you must stop to left the left travel lane get by before moving over to continue on down Ryan Road.

    Wildwood Avenue is "No Parking" end to end on both sides and a majority of the signs have been knocked down by vehicles, sidewalk plows or other means and not replaced.

    ABC roofing at 3 Wheeling Avenue has insulation panels that have blown from there property since they have been in Woburn across the tracks that go under Olympia Avenue into the wetlands on the opposite side

    Woburn Foreign Motors Auto Body Is once again parking vehicles on Wildwood Ave which to my knowledge is completely no parking end to end!
  • 80 Olympia Avenue Woburn, Massachusetts - Woburn
    Woburn Foreign Motors continually parks cars on Olympia Avenue which has a no parking restriction the whole length on both sides to the best of my recollection. Additionally they are on the even side so even if the on street parking is now allowed it is not allowed at this time of year per the City Traffic Ordinances of 1935, as amended, Section 7-4. The full text reads:
    It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle other than one acting on an emergency, to park said vehicle on the even side of any street between the hours of 2 AM and 6 AM of any day each year during the period beginning at 12:00 midnight November 15 and ending at 12:00 midnight the following March 31.

    Insulating foam and other debris continually fly out of this property onto the street but more importantly across the railroad tracks into the wetland on the opposite side. It is worse that the photo shows but is starting to grow in hiding a lot of the debris.
