    This will be the third time this situation has bee reported, "assigned," and "acknowledged." Yet, the weeds continue to grow, the porch appears on the verge of collapse, and the trash is still under the property. We have seen very large rodents coming out of this abandoned and neglected property.

    There's a dead cat next to this house that's been there for at least 3 days. It's on the Beekman side. The house is on the corner of Beekman and 2nd.

    This property presents extremely hazardous conditions. It was boarded up, but the lock has been broken off and people go in there and do drugs. I am concerned that children will go inside and get hurt. It unsafe and needs to be taken care of. I called the property management company listed on the flyer in the window but they did not fix it.
