Once again County Waste is collecting trash at 4:15am thus waking up many in the neighborhood They need to abide by the noise ordinance and collect the trash for the Chestnut Street apartments (trash is on Lancaster) at a more reasonable hour

The waste company (County Waste) picking up trash on lower Lancaster Street arrived at 4:45 this morning in violation of the city's noise ordinance The noise was extremely loud and lasted 10-15 minutes The pickup time needs to be after 6am (according to city ordinance) and the company needs to be reminded of this ordinance.

I just had a very close encounter with a car taking a right hand turn onto S. Swan street from State St. There is NO One Way sign at that intersection. I was driving up S.Swan and a car turned off State St directly at me. I honked my horn until he realized he was on a one way street. This is an extremely hazardous situation. I have witnessed many, many vehicles taking this illegal right hand turn with many near misses. Please put up a sign before there is a major accident at that intersection.

The traffic light at the corner of Dove and Chestnut streets is not working properly. It needs to be repaired.

Last Friday and again today, my husband and I witnessed several cars turning from South Swan to Jay Street which is a one-way street. This is being done deliberately as there is a one-way sign at the end of Jay Street. This is very hazardous and needs to be addressed.
