3206 Stuart Ave back porch has been worked on without a permit. Left in complete disrepair. I understand there has been a stop work order issues but now the porch sits as a hazard and major eye-sore. The porch has various trip and collapse hazards.

Please advise on the current status and the intention to have this owner address this issue ASAP. As you are aware this is a tenant occupied multi-family with tenants currently residing. No restrictions for access have been placed on back doors and it's possible someone could become severely hurt.

Also, NO notice of STOP ORDER is currently posted as required.

Previously reported twice including one time in person.

Gas Pipe installed above grade between 3208 and 3210 Stuart in alleyway. Previous tech said this should be addressed ASAP! Yet, never returned as promised. Cars running over pipe may cause fire or gas hazard.

Please address successfully this time!

Large amount of tree debris in alley behind 3210 Stuart Ave. Requires pick up.

Some months ago the city of Richmond relocated the gas lines into the alleyway behind 3208 Stuart Ave. There is a pipe that was installed about 6" above grade between 3210 Stuart Ave and 3208 Stuart Ave. Since many cars pull into this area this has been muddy and people are running over the gas shut off valve. The pipe should have been installed below grade and the area been better graded with gravel as to not erode. This should be looked at promptly before it causes a situation.

Pothole about 6" deep as you approach the on-ramp to 195N. Seen several cars hit it and it may be causing damage. Needs repair as soon as possible to prevent damage or accidents.

The potholes behind Hanover at the 3100 Hundred block are awful. I don't recall them being fixed or the drive back there being graveled in years. I think it's been neglected for a while and it shows.
