City right of way- food trailer parking in city right of way. obstructs view of corner/traffic, line blocks traffic on street

next to 2 schools, daycare, and apartment complex with kids. Hole dug by construction company across the street had been left open without any barricade. pwe referred me to code enforcement

southbound Durham, lights at 19 & 20th are completely opposite in timing causing significant traffic issues

no water from city. the line is NOT frozen, the city is just not providing water
