    Alley way not level with sidewalk. This site is a tripping hazard for sidewalk users. This site was a factor in a pedestrians fall breaking two bones and necessitating an EMS service. The location is the intersection of the alleyway between 16tj and 17 streets north and the west side of beach drive.
