    Grand Palms Golf and Country Club, located in a residential community, has been constantly violating Pembroke Pines' Noise Ordinance. This has been reported to the City on repeated occasions, but their disregard for noise pollution continues.

    1. Their dated, noisy landscaping equipment produces daily SPL of up to 91db as measured by SPL meter and RTA.

    2. The landscaping equipment is used during non daylight hours. Most mornings the noise is louder than 80db at 6:30am. I have video of the equipment producing I've 80db noise levels during the night right by my backyard.
