street light between 111 and 115 Gifford is out - there may be others out on the block as it is unusually dark

Communipaw Avenue lanes have recently been re-striped for safer traffic flow (two lanes merge to a single lane ahead of a pocketed left turn lane), however there is old parking regulation signage that conflicts with the new striping and needs to be relocated (parked cars prohibit the merging of vehicles to the single lane designated). Current signage location is in front of 786 Communipaw and should be relocated east to 778 Communipaw or even 772 Communipaw.

Request to add don't-block-the-box striping to northbound lane on West Side avenue (similar to intersections of west side avenue and DeKalb, Stuyvesant, Highland, etc.). Vehicular traffic routinely blocks this intersection and contributes to unnecessary backups in the southbound lane.

Current NO TURN ON RED sign placed on a post at the SE corner of the intersection, where it is not very visible. Drivers routinely turn right on red. Suggestion to add NO TURN ON RED signage to the traffic signal armature, where drivers' eyes are focused. (In general this suggestion applies city-wide.)

Suggest adding pocketed left turn lanes and dedicated/protected turn signals on west side avenue to turn onto sip (both northbound and southbound travel). Current street design is a bottleneck and contributes to avoidable traffic congestion and unavoidable additional pollution from idling cars.

Trimming required on low-hanging trees - cannot rise in bike lane here
