These piles, which have been here for 2-months are blocking the storm drainage and are a hazard. The utility work associated with them is now several blocks away. Time for this to get moved.

Sinkhole has formed in recent utility repair in left lane, northbound. Getting worse every day.

The buttons don't beep when pressed, and the walk indicators stay red. Also, the four streetlights that were supposed to be installed on the new poles are still missing, and the two wooden light poles that were supposed to be removed are still there.

The timing on the crossing signals to cross brook road needs to be adjusted. The wait times are too long.

The signs for staples mill and monument Ave are missing from the light pole in the east bound lane of monument.

A streetlight at this location is within the limbs of a large tree. As a result, when the tree leafs out, the light is useless. Meanwhile, the middle of the block to the east has no light. If this fixture were relocated 100'+ to the east, where there is no tree to interfere with the light it would provide better coverage for the whole block.

A year after the traffic signals were replaced at this intersection, the four new streetlights that were part of the contract are still missing, and the two that were supposed to be removed are still there. Please have the contractors finish the job.

The large tree at the corner of Nottoway and SB Brook Road is shedding LARGE limbs, and needs to be removed.

The pavement around the splitter is failing in the west-bound lane. It was not properly executed when built, so the water does not properly drain to the nearby D.I. Instead, it piles up against the soil at the edge of the road and freezes, breaking up the recently re-surfaced pavement. The three splitters on this street all need curbs on the west-bound lane to help with poor drainage.

There are two holes just north of the intersection that resulted from the traffic light work. They have been partially filled, but they keep settling.

A traffic barrel has been in the SW corner of this intersection for several weeks. It's a hazard and needs to be removed.

This was reported as fixed - but has not been. There should be two brackets on the base of the arm - one is missing so the arm is loose. I believe its the 2nd pole north of Fauquier, SB side of Brook.

Light is on right side of street, very dim.
