    6148 Hill Road Avenue Oakland, California - Upper Rockridge
    Not an emergency. At the junction of Buena Vista Avenue and Hill Road, the Hill Road sign points in the opposite direction from where it should. It points up Buena Vista and not down to Hill Road. Causes constant problems. We have tried to fix the sign but can't get up to it. All it needs is for a truck with a ladder to spin the sign so that it points down toward Hill Road.

    We stopped an EBMUD driver on the street over one week ago to tell him about this problem. He said he'd have one of his guys who are working on Contra Costa and have a wrench to come down and tighten the cap. STILL NOT DONE!!!!

    Going west on Buena Vista off of Broadway Terrace, a big oak tree on the right is blocking traffic so that one cannot see cars coming down the hill.
