Since May every time it rains heavily, the rain slowly comes in through the stove vent. There have been multiple attempts to fix the problem. It was fine for about 2 months, however, it could be the lack of heavy rain and wind combination. There is a growing water mark on the kitchen ceiling near the vent. This issue leaves the stove unusable.

There has also been an on going leak in another apartment in the building. (#4) including a massive flood in July. The leak in that apartment has also been on going.

It is my hope that a city inspector is able to come and inspect the status of the roof. This issue has not been resolved and fixed since they began in apartment #2 in May and apartment #4 in June. I have on going documentation of the complaints entered to the building owner.

Yesterday wires were left on the landing of the building. While I'm not sure if they are live or not, the landlord has still yet to address the issue. I was hoping someone could come and please take a look at what they are doing.

The construction workers are continuing to use the residential dumpsters as their own. The owner of the property has not continued to watch them. Due to the less frequent nature of residential pick up, the garbage is once again overflowing.

The trash and recycling is once again overflowing and not being handled by the building owner. I'm hoping someone can please contact them again.

The trash in the parking lot of the building has not be removed in at least a month. It is overflowing and is making the entire parking lot smell. I have contacted the land lord, I am a resident, and nothing has been done about it nor have I been given a response.
