    A silver Subaru (with a Thule-like container) speeding up (Throwing dust and gravel) thru a red light on Whitney after the opposite East Rock green light came on. An rust colored Audi sedan passed me on the right going very fast (I was 30MPH - it 60MPH?) all the way down Whitney. This is typical @ 11 am coming into the City.

    Very Bad utility road patch. Very hard edge. Maybe collapsing. This is adjacent to renovation work on right side of Crown near @ old Fire Station.

    A few larger potholes. The utility patch is a depression in road and has new small potholes at edges. (Compare to other street patch at Sante Fe near Whitney.) Cars drive around depression due to raised back road edges in street.

    During "rush hour" there is frequent gridlock as cars from Canal -often running the light - block Prospect in both directions especially northbound. Back-up on Trumbull lights.
