  • 902 E Jones St Raleigh, NC 27601, USA - North Central
The vacant lot on the corner of Jones and Seawell is someone's favorite spot for smashing bottles. There is new broken glass all over the sidewalk on the Jones St side of the lot on an almost daily basis. The sidewalk on the opposite side of Jones St is inconsistent so this is where everyone walks. The glass is a big safety hazard for dogs and children.

The "Don't Walk" portion (top half) of the pedestrian crossing signal is out. This is the signal you would use if walking north on the left side of S Blount, attempting to cross E Hargett.
  • 105 E Martin St Raleigh, NC 27601, USA - Central
There is a rectangular utility hole in the middle of the sidewalk on East Martin near the entrance to Fox Liquor Bar that needs a new cover. Other similar holes have a concrete or metal cover, but this one is covered with plywood. The wood is rotten and partially broken. It's only a matter of time before someone's foot goes through it.
