West side of drive the sewer entrance needs dirt to prevent someone from falling.

This is a tricky one to report. I believe this is an IDOT light on an extended pole. I believe the City of Charleston is responsible for this light.

Parking lot E has a center row of lights down the middle of the lot. The SW light was just fixed after over a year being reported. I am now reporting the sister light on the NW side of the middle group which is out. The count down is on the NW light. 1/17/2017.
