    During Temporary front street road closure, the truck route is to detour onto Royal Avenue. However many heavy trucks are observed ignoring detour signs and cutting through on Columbia Street, creating noise and pollution for local residents and retail shops and restaurants. Please ticket all heavy delivery trucks seen on Columbia and/or provide flag people to ditect trucks to turn at Columbia Square circle and onto Royal road. Thank you.

    Constant flow of heavy Trucks traveling on Columbia street continues well past 9 and 10:00 pm. Trucks are also traveling on Columbia early in the morning starting as early as 4:00 am to get through ahead of local traffic. These trucks are commonly seen traveling in both directions even though only westbound trucks are supposed to be using Columbia during construction of Front Street. The noise is very disruptive especially as windows are open during the hot weather. Please enforce NW bylaws, thank you
