A dead tree branch on the lower level of this tree needs to be removed before the wind knocks it onto a car parked on West Franklin St.

This entire block of Allen is a disaster area with multiple unfilled potholes and failing street surface. This busy thoroughfare needs immediate attention for vehicle and pedestrian safety.

A dangerous hole is exposed as a utility lid is missing next to this alley. Please replace this water meter cover to fix this dangerous hazard.

DPU or DPW left construction materials behind several months ago on the corners of both South Boulevard/Grayland and South Boulevard/Idlewood. Please pick these up and return them to service with the relevant city agency.

There are several deep potholes on the approach to this intersection along Vine St.

In the next week this dying tree will develop leaves and even a slight gust of wind will bring it crashing to the street where it will rip down power lines, crush a car and may hit a house. The city of Richmond will be liable for thousands of dollars because this report was filed days in advance.

Whoever reads this and properly assigns a city arborist to remove the tree will literally save the city thousands of dollars and who knows, could save someone's life!

The Boulevard bridge over 195 has grafitti on the Idlewood side of the intersection. Please have this mess cleaned up.

In the northbound lane there is a pretty rough pothole as you are approaching Broad St. This debacle needs some immediate attention before more vehicles are damaged.

The traffic control box on the north side of this intersection is covered in graffiti.

The lamp outside of 303 South Boulevard flickers on and off and when it is on it's flickering dim white light. Please replace the broken lamp in this city street light.

A pothole is opening up in the inner northbound lanes around the downtown expressway onramp.

On the south side of this intersection the brick crosswalks are disintegrating after a snowplow damaged them last year. A temporary pothole fix is now failing and the road is opening up in this area.

A large pothole has opened up on the western side of this intersection causing vehicles to swerve towards parked cars to avoid it. Please repair this destructive hazard.

Large area of rough pavement and potholes at this location are damaging vehicles. Please repair this broken section of Hermitage Rd or block off the damage with cones.

The restaurants on this block have been covered with graffiti for nearly a year with no repairs performed. This vandalism is unsightly and is inviting vandals to strike neighboring businesses and homes. Please have a city inspector cite the property owner to get this wall cleaned up.
