    This light is perpetually red, along w/ the light at 26th. They should always be green unless triggered by a waiting car or bike or ped on cross street.

    There's a nasty little pothole forming under the 580 overpass. It is a hazard to bicyclists because of the poor light conditions in that area. Please fill the pothole so that no one hits it and breaks their face.

    There are two slides in this very heavily used park and the larger slide has a large semi-circular gash in it. The gash would be a hole except that part of the hole is still attached to the rest of the slide. It it looks like someone jumped on top of it and broke through, but not entirely.

    The result is that when children slide down the slide (which several hundred do every week), they get caught in this gash. It's a hazard. I'll try to post a picture soon.

    Please remove the very large pile of junk that has been left here, on the north side of 51st Street, across from 445 51st, between Clarke and Miles.

    Two people were living here for a period of time, and they brought a lot of stuff with them. I have not seen them for a few weeks, but their outdoor den is still in full effect. It's nasty and should be removed.

    4200 Webster Oakland, California - Temescal
    The section of Webster Street between 42nd and 43rd was recently dug up for a major sewage or water system project. The people who patched the street after their big project underground did a very poor job. The pavement that was put down after the sewage/water project is very uneven--bad for cars and unsafe for bicyclists. This is a major bike boulevard in the city. Please repair the roadway so that the surface is smooth again.

    3441-3583 Telegraph Avenue Oakland, California - Pill Hill
    Deep pothole on the right side of the right lane of Telegraph Avenue, Southbound. I rode my bike right into the pothole and it flattened my tire. Bad pothole for bikes and cars alike.

    Two broken meters on the east side of Telegraph, facing north, the 3rd and 4th meters just south of 49th. Right in front of the laundromat/former dry cleaner parking lot. Fixing these two meters will reduce pressure on adjacent neighborhood parking.

    A crew was here a few months ago to dig a hole in the street. The hole was filled up, but never paved over. Now there's a 3 x 3 or larger patch of gravel in the middle of the street. It should be paved over so that the street surface is smooth and so that gravel does not continue to be scattered all over the street.
