    As S 14th Street dips towards Lillian St, there is a pretty significant amount of water present on the street ALL the time. Its been there for several weeks. I am concerned that there is some major leak somewhere. There is standing water even in mid afternoon on a dry and hot summer day. Can someone look into this? Seems like a water conservation issue. - Will
