    This location is completely ineffective for a "your speed" display. Cars exiting the rotary to Locust Street are all traveling within the speed limit a few feet down the road. Much better if the speed display was placed along the north side Locust Street between Caroline and Charlotte streets where many vehicles are estimated to be travelling at 40 -50 mph.

    License plate: KG 356. Ignition switch disabled, registration sticker defaced, partially disassembled.

    Involved in hit-and-run which damaged two parked vehicles yesterday evening (June 1st).

    These signs, just south of the rotary, may be confusing to drivers. Some motorists approaching the rotary from the south appear to consider that continuing north on Willard Street is a "straight shot" and does not actually enter the rotary and therefore are NOT yielding to existing vehicles already in the rotary. Some clarification may be in order.

    Newly opened rotary needs help: Some motorists are stopping in the rotary to let in other vehicles and some motorists are not signalling to exit the rotary. Perhaps a traffic control officer stationed there for a few days could encourage proper driving behavior.
