    Old Carpet, abandoned car and yard debris in the 1300 block. this was reported over 3 weeks ago and nothing has been done. I see it every morning along with everyone else who comes into Raleigh from I-40 and Garner.

    Just north of Hoke Street intersection. Old Carpet laying in street/abandon car in the first block on the left side/yard and limb debris on side of street and sidewalks all the way to Martin Luther King.
    This street is the first impression of Raleigh coming into downtown from I-40 on Hammond. Most residence try to keep their property up. The city needs to help them out with the streets and adjoining areas.
