There is a large dip in the road on Sudley Manor Dr. Between Chatsworth Dr. Intersection & Wallace Ln intersection

There is several pot holes in the middle of the intersection making difficult to navigate

This pothole takes up half the lane. It's in the east bound lane across from address 8551. Please fix

This pothole is extremely large and needs to be permanently fix. At least 2 times a year I have to report this issue.

There are several pot holes that need to be fixed in this area.

In front of 8548 Wellington Rd there is a very large pot. It is over 12in. in diameter forcing you towards on coming traffic to avoid hitting the pot hole.

Large deep pothole

This road desperately needs a double yellow line to distinguish the lanes. Many almost head on accidents have accord.

Large group of potholes in the northbound lane 500ft before the Coverstone Dr. light. You have to swerve into the right lane to avoid the holes then try to merge into the turning lane to make a left onto Coverstone. Very Dangerous

The pothole is very large. It's at least 24in. wide and 8in. deep. It's on the right side of the road. You have to head into the on coming lane to miss pothole. Very dangerous.
