dangerous pot hole in front of 1603 Columbia St

Abandoned SUV parked across from 1406 Columbia St. has been there for about 2 months, it has been tagged with a pink sticker for over a month

1516 Columbia St owns a Pit bull thats constantly running at large. also two small dogs that reside @1509 are always running free.

Lots of paper and other Trash between The laundry mat and 7-11. Trees growing out of the sewers.

@ sofas left on the curb for over 30 days

Refrigerator and other trash on the front porch

The side of this property is being used as a dumping site. A sign with fine notification needs to be posted. We constantly report problems at this site but people bring old furniture, brush, trash or anything that they want disposed of to this location. It has been a problem for years. PLEASE HELP!
