How about you patrol this area once in a while? Where are the ten full-time open space police? I know they only work M-F, 8-5, but this is when this vandalism is occurring.

East entrance to tunnel under John Robert Dam. Go up the dam and down to the floor of the arroyo (tunnel not visible from the top of the dam). There is a large quantity of graffiti on the sides of the tunnel entrance. The four teen vandals are still there, if you would like to apprehend them (ha, ha, as if there is any law enforcement in the open space).
