Other Archived11 South 10th Street Richmond, Virginia - Central Office10th and Cary Street Tree Issue. The pavers are leaning and buckled due to tree roots from the City tree at the corner. The City trash can once was level and had a lid. Now it looks terrible. The trashcan is at a 30 degree angle, missing a lid, the liner sits up way over the cement. Some of this is due to lack of care, some is due to the tree roots moving the trashcan to its side. Also, this problem is located by a City handicap ramp and is difficult for disabled persons to navigate.
