a company called OffLeash is using the areas near playground, shelter, and tennis courts at Carolina Pines park for off-leash dog training. Many people walk their (leashed) small dogs through the park and I am concerned for their safety. I do not think this is an appropriate place for this kind of activity. I think it may be illegal. You can see evidence in the video on website, where you can also hear the dog described as having "issues with other dogs"

This is one of at least four orange roadwork signs still up after the Lake Wheeler Rd project. I have noticed 2 on each side of Sierra Dr. but there may be more on the other side streets as well.
