I live in the North Manor neighborhood off of Bromley- I have an infant and would love to walk my baby in the stroller to the rillito park/river pathway. Because of this lack of sidewalk/fissure I can’t safely walk my stroller. It’s too busy and dangerous on first avenue to enter the bike lane.
