The traffic light green-yellow-red timing pattern at the intersection of Valley and Blake needs to be adjusted. Specifically, the red light on Valley waiting to turn onto Blake. This morning, I was sitting on Valley St. at the red light for 8 minutes, and it never turned green. Cars started turning against the red because they had been waiting for so long (some drivers were turning against oncoming traffic and turning in front of pedestrians trying to cross the street because the drivers were frustrated from waiting so long.)
