    Have you noticed that the terrific Bip street art in the parking garage at 1175 State Street has been lost to repainting? Any story or explanation here? Too bad, was a nice element.

    Let's think about this sliver (and few of the other green slivers around Union Street)! What are the governance issues? Is this city land? The railroad? Who empties the blue plastic trash can on the site? I would love to see a small recycling installation here.
