During heavy downpours, rain water flows from driveway near bridge and flows across Norwood, flooding the surface of the bridge. Water is being held on the bridge creating a pool.

Heading south on Lead Mine Rd., there are four lanes. One left turn and three straight. The three straight lanes flow into four lanes after the signal light at North Hills Dr. There are hash lines painted in the intersection indicating the two left straight lanes are to flow directly into the two left turning lanes to go to the beltline or to go east on Glenwood Ave. that leaves the right lane from Lead Mine to go into the either of the two right lanes going straight onto Blue Ridge Rd. or to turn right on Glenwood.

Those hash marks in the intersection of Lead Mine and North Hills Dr. are so faded, that it is difficult for drivers to know which lane they should remain in when moving through the intersection. There are many close calls between the drivers moving over when they are in the middle straight lane and leave the turning lane to go straight across Glenwood.

Please repaint the hash marks in the intersection of Lead Mine Rd. and North Hills Dr. or place reflectors so drivers realize they should look right before switching lanes within the intersection.
