    This is right at the corner of East 7th and 23rd ave. There is a chair on the road and next to it a bag that contains something with the most horrible smell. Possibly a dead animal or something else dead. It is so bad that if you take that turn coming from 23rd onto east 7th and your window is open then the smell will stay in your car. Please send someone to investigate. It's right across from the mo Ike home on east 7th
