    The new construction is being built to close to the street and out in front of the other houses/buildings appears to be violating the setback rule and obstructing the view of traffic coming from the east.
    All of the other houses on Longview are in a line and this new one is being built way out in front of others.

    New construction has removed the pink property marker flags and now have encrouched on the utility access alley and right of way between properties on the back line. They are well over the line and on property that belongs to the city.
    The new dirt/pad in the back is actually even beyond the utility poles.
    This company is trying to take more feet of property for their new dentist office than whats allowed to others and needs to be corrected immediatly.
    Codes and zoning needs to respond before the concrete is poured and correct this issue at the back property line.
    We took note of the pink flags and they have taken some of the city property for their own use.This shall not be a case of oh well it’s already done so it’s ok because it is not.
    They must be treated as others have been in the Medical District and fall within their property lines or a lawsuit will be filed against the city. Consistancy .

    Please ask inspection to address this issue.
    The city has no policies for this type of rentals and this needs to stop.
    We do not want this in the neighborhood.

    If your in a real big hurry turn off Bob Wallace and use the fast lane on Brandon St.
    The speed bumps we’re removed so now join all the cars that are using our street for the new fast lane.
    Oh beware of the new Tar they put down to fill in the cracks.
    Third world countries have better streets than this !

    We need to have the garbage picked up on a routine basis not hit or miss on Brandon street and in the Medical District.
    It was not picked up today leaving garbage and cans sitting on the street. Very unsightly.

    Very dark in that area at night.
    Intersection of Brandon and Marsheutz the second pole down Marsheutz has no light on pole.

    We still have rubber speed bumps missing since water line replacement.
    Cars are speeding down side where speed bumps are missing.
    Please replace the ones that are missing.

    We need the mosquito truck to come thru and spray in the medical district.
    We went for a walk last night and the Mosquitos ate is up.
    I haven’t seen the truck this year.
    This is a public health issie and they need to spray weekly.

    I would like to ask the Police department to monitor speeding from 5-10 pm on Bob Wallace east end.
    We walk in the evenings and the speeding is out of control on Bob Wallace.
    Its like a racetrack.

    We would like to ask the Mayors office to review/visit the destruction left on Brandon street in the Medical district after recent water line replacement.
    We have talked to Chris McNeese and he has said the street will not be repaved since it is not on the list.
    This is a major cut through fro the hospital to Bob Wallace and has very high traffic during the day and it needs to be repared.
    Some of the residents say it has not been paved in over 25 years.
    Please ask someone from the Mayors office to come take a look at the street and the way it has been left.
    Notice in one picture the speed bumps have been torn up and even leaving the big screws for cars to run over.
    Since we have no sidewalk the street is to dangerous to walk on.
    We have spoken to Mr.Kling and he has referred us to the Mayors office.
