Most of the sidewalk on this side of walnut is overgrown to the point where pedestrians have to walk in the street. This is a public safety issue, particularly due to the rate of speed most vehicles exercise while driving on Walnut Street.

This lot has been vacant for several years. It's tucked away at the bottom of Coleman Hill and takes away from the beauty of the park. Furthermore, I recently caught someone using the lot as a restroom. I have also seen it used as a campsite periodically throughout the last few years. It's literally a stone's throw from the slide on Coleman Hill.
