    At the intersection of 30th Ave N and 58th St N. At 6:10 AM today 12/28, the traffic lights controlling 58th St N traffic (northbound, southbound) were flashing yellow. However, the traffic lights controlling 30th Ave N (eastbound, westbound) were flashing red. This is dangerous and confusing, because drivers on 30th Ave N would assume that 58th St N drivers also have flashing red. There was a power outage/lower batter issue, it appears. In that case, all traffic lights should be flashing red (not yellow), correct?

    Stormwater collects on roadway intersection of 30th Ave N and 59th St N. Southwest and southeast corners. Especially southwest.

    During heavy rains, much more water collects than is shown in photos. I'm the homeowner at reported address.

    Can 2 storm drains be installed? There are 2 existing drains 200 ft away at interaction of 29th Ave N and 59th St N.

    Traffic light that controls eastbound lane of 30th Ave N (crossing 58th St N) stays red for 2+ cycles, leading to traffic in that lane to wait for 3+ mins before green light. Issue occurs at 6 AM weekdays. Issue started several days ago around June 5.
