  • Trailwood Dr And Tryon Rd Raleigh, North Carolina - Southwest
I have reported this issue several times and so has several other people. The "Right on Red Must Yield to U-Turn" sign needs to be better placed. Drivers making a right on red do not yield to people making the U-turn on Tryon rd. The drivers do not see the sign hanging from the lines above the road. I have been in several near misses at this intersection from people not paying attention. The sign should be moved to a post at eye level. I have tried to call Raleigh and sent several e-mails about this sign because the city is not following See Click Fix enough. Please fix this before someone gets in a bad wreck at this intersection.
  • Tryon Rd/Trailwood Drive Raleigh, North Carolina - Southwest
The "Right on Red Must Yield To U-Turn" sign needs to be better placed. I have been in several near misses from drivers coming off Trailwood Dr, and not stopping at the intersection or turning right on red when the cars coming from Tryon Rd have the right of way. The sign is currently located on the wires over Tryon Rd, that is not easily seen. The sign needs to be moved to eye level. I know there has been several accidents at this location. This has been reported several times but Raleigh has not taken in consideration to the complainants. Please address this soon.
  • 2010 Chancellor Place Raleigh, North Carolina - West
The storm drain at the intersection of Chancellor Pl and Provist St gets clogged with pine straw and often floods during heavy rains. This is the drain beside the dog waste pole. During the heavy rains Tuesday night, the water was well over the curb and sidewalks. I went out the next day and attempted to move the pine straw out but was unsuccessful in getting it all.
  • 3454-3498 Tryon Road Raleigh, North Carolina - Southwest
The "Right on Red must yield to U-Turn" sign needs to be better placed. The sign is currently placed on the stoplight wires that run over Tryon Rd, but people never pay attention to it. Drivers coming off of Trailwood Dr do not look up at a sign hanging on wires to their rights over Tryon rd when they are attempting to turn right on red. The sign needs to be placed at eye level on a post where they will see it. RPD could issue out tickets all day long if they watched this intersection for "failure to yield" violations. I have been in several close calls due to drivers not paying attention to the sign, or just rolling through the intersection if they get a clear shot.
